How to apply?
1. Check your eligibility for a credit application: You must be 18 years of age or older and have an active and verified MVola account.
2. Open the MVola app: Navigate to the MVola Credit section.
3. Choose the amount and reason for the credit.
4. Select a reason for the Credit: Each user will have to select the reason for the credit from the options provided by the app.
5. Accept the terms and conditions of use: Access the details by clicking on the link that redirects to the MVola terms and conditions of use, read and accept the terms to complete the application.
6. Repayment Process: Repayments are due on the due date presented at the time of Credit acceptance. MVola sends automatic reminders to help you make repayments on time. All costs are transparent up front, with no hidden fees or additional charges during the term of the credit.

Required permissions:
- Approximate location access: Used to locate nearby agents, branches, and merchants that accept MVola payments.
- Camera access: Required to scan QR codes when making purchases or paying merchants.
- Contact access: Only allows for easy transfers to saved contacts and is never used for any other purpose.
- Storage access: Allows the app to store receipts after each transaction on your phone.
- Push Notification: Allows you to receive alerts about important activities on your account, such as promotional offers, so you are always informed.

Data privacy and security: MVola only collects the data necessary to provide its services, adhering to strict data protection regulations. All data transmissions, between the app and MVola’s systems, are encrypted and stored securely.
